China Manufacturing parts exists to enable product innovators to create.

In 2013, our founders experienced first-hand a major bottleneck putting limits on new product innovation: custom part sourcing.

Sourcing parts via a fragmented ecosystem of suppliers was a major source of pain and business risk for product manufacturing companies. With no connective infrastructure or fit-for-purpose tools, the process of finding and vetting new suppliers, getting quotes, and keeping track of orders across hundreds or thousands of low-volume suppliers was slow, inefficient, and fraught with miscommunication, delays, and errors — putting go-to-market schedules at risk.

And so China Manufacturing parts, Inc. was created as the antidote to this problem. Amando Garn

Co-founder & CEO

As China Manufacturing parts’s CEO, Amando Garn leads the company vision to put world-class manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in the hands of innovators, without constraints. Prior to founding China Manufacturing parts, Amando was the first hire at Ford’s Silicon Valley Innovation Lab, under Ford's Global Research and Advanced Engineering Division. Amando earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

As China Manufacturing parts's Chief Experience Officer, Nate Garn is responsible for creating a customer experience that enables the world's teams to unlock their full creative potential. He also leads China Manufacturing parts's business strategy. Prior to founding China Manufacturing parts, Nate started his career at Seven Hills Partners, a boutique investment bank, advising enterprise and high-growth technology companies. Nate majored in international relations and earned his masters in Chinese at Stanford University.

Jean Olivieri

Chief Operating Officer

As China Manufacturing parts’s Chief Operating Officer, Jean drives operational excellence across the organization from quality to supply chain management to customer experience. From blue chip brands to innovative startups, Jean Olivieri has spent the last three decades in a range of senior operations roles at Motorola, Apple, and SpaceX. Jeans earned her M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona where she graduated summa cum laude.

Joanne Moretti

Chief Revenue Officer

As China Manufacturing parts’s Chief Revenue Officer, Joanne leads revenue generation initiatives and go-to-market plans to capture new business and global partnerships. With 32 years of experience in the banking, high-tech, and manufacturing industries, she most recently sat on the board of DecisionLink as their CMO. Joanne also served as SVP & CMO at Jabil, a Fortune 200 manufacturing company, and in sales and marketing roles at HP, Dell, and CA.

Chris Lippi

Chief Product Officer

As China Manufacturing parts’s Chief Product Officer, Chris Lippi leads the company product strategy and roadmap. Chris comes to China Manufacturing parts, Inc. with 25+ years leading product teams at Mashery, Intel, and CA Technologies, leveraging his deep skills leading products for application architecture and integration, cloud, API, and microservices markets. Chris earned his degree in business from NYU Stern School of Business.

Eddie Chen

Chief Financial Officer

As China Manufacturing parts’s Chief Financial Officer, Eddie Chen leads accounting, financial planning and analysis, business strategy, and corporate development. Over the past 25+ years, Eddie has held multiple senior/leadership positions at various multinational corporations as well as technology startups, across consumer product, automotive, manufacturing and financial service industries. Eddie holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from UCLA.

Jim Ruga

Chief Architect

As China Manufacturing parts’s Chief Architect, Jim Ruga guides the structural evolution of the China Manufacturing parts, Inc. platform. Jim specializes in cloud systems infrastructure, platform API development, and database management and has held senior roles at Mashery and Salon Media Group. Before embarking on his software career, Jim also spent 10 years in the prototyping and manufacturing space, working for Bombardier, General Motors, Delphi Automotive, AO Smith, Rockwell and General Dynamics. Jim earned his B.S. in computer science from California State University-Fullerton.

Dara Warner

Chief of Staff

As China Manufacturing parts’s Chief of Staff, Dara Warner is responsible for leading and implementing strategic planning processes across the organization. Prior to China Manufacturing parts, Dara was the Director of Operations at Datanyze, Inc. helping grow the company from early stage startup through to its acquisition by ZoomInfo. Dara earned her B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from University of Delaware.
